  2. Project Details

    Select your project and the rest of the information should be autofilled for you.

  3. Your Email

    Enter your email to receive a confirmation email

  4. Not active

    Check this off if your project is not working today

  5. Crew Details

    Fill out the details of your first crew. Make sure all inforamtion is accurate.

  6. Add Crew

    After filling out the details for your first crew click the "Add Crew" button. A new crew will be added below.

  7. Submit when done

    Click the "Submit Form" button when you are done. You will be taken to a confirmation page and sent an email

  8. Complete

    You can view this again by clicking the help button at the top.
